Aquarium to come to St Augustine

St. Augustine couple breaks ground on ‘dream’ aquarium Colleen Michele Jones Reporter- Jacksonville Business Journal The St. Augustine Aquarium will break ground on the first phase of the project this afternoon. “It’s like a dream come true … and it hasn’t even begun yet,” said Shawn Hiester, who, with his wife, Kathy, is behind the aquarium.
