A new co-working space marketing itself to creatives is moving into a space on Forsyth Street. Cowork Creative will open next week in a space at 220 E. Forsyth St., a historic building with two stories and about 1200 square feet.   New shopping center in Jacksonville Beach to begin construction soon According to Jacksonville Business Journal – Plans for a new shopping center in Jacksonville Beach are moving forward after being approved by the City of Jacksonville.
